Signature Retail Services is seeking a traveling Full-Time OvernightReset Merchandiser to join our team!

We offer a competitive pay rate at $20.00- $23.00 per hour, based on experience.

Our team operates across all 50 states, utilizing our highly trained and experienced teams for in-store merchandising and construction services for major Home Improvement retailers such as Lowe's, The Home Depot, and Ace Hardware. We are seeking an Overnight Reset Merchandiser to join our travel team on projects such as new store installations, remodels, resets, fixture and racking installations. Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older
• Travel to Project locations within your state and surrounding states based on project needs- Home on the Weekends!
• Proof of a Valid Driver's License and current Auto Insurance coverage.
• Possess basic hand tools and power tools.
• A smartphone with internet access, voice, email, text and ability to send picture reports
• Effectively work within a team environment and communicate proficiently with customers, store associates, and management.
• This position involves duties such as lifting, bending, stooping, sitting, standing, walking, and safely climbing ladders.
• This position involves regular lifting requirements of 60+ lbs without assistance throughout the shift.

Position Responsibilities:

• Prior experience in retail remodel and resets within big-box home improvement stores is preferred, but we are willing to provide training for the right candidate!
• Travel within your state and neighboring states to retailer locations to complete store remodels, fixture installation, resets, and merchandising needs. Home on weekends!
• Work collaboratively within a team environment to efficiently and accurately complete tasks within project deadlines.
• Perform heavy-duty resets, store remodels, and restocking tasks while ensuring all displays meet planogram specifications.
• Lift, move, and stock products and building materials for the duration of the shift, often weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Adjust, repair, move, and install pallet racking, beams, and gondola shelving units.
• Assemble and install fixtures, set products according to planograms, install signage, build displays, and attach accurate price labels.
• Read and interpret planograms, floor plans, or blueprints to ensure the proper placement of retail shelving and fixtures.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position that requires flexibility in working hours, including overnight shifts, and involves travel to various project sites within the region based on project requirements. During project travel, accommodations will be provided at a hotel for the duration of the assignment, with arrangements made for periodic returns home on weekends.
