One of the largest Facility Maintenance providers in North America is hiring!
We are now hiring overnight cleaners to maintain the cleanliness of buildings assigned to your route and ensure that the facility is maintained in a condition of cleanliness and safety.
Schedule Day or Night 6:00pm - 6:00am
Pay $17 - $20/hour
Job Functions:
- Will complete daily routines as assigned in the designated buildings.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, floors in the building.
- Proper removal and disposal of garbage throughout the assigned buildings.
- Clean restrooms, lobby and reception areas and security desk.
- Clean lobby glass and door cleaning includes wiping of smudges and handles.
- Clean walls, doors, windows ledges, blinds, railings, etc.
- Sweep, mop floors and vacuum carpets in all areas.
- Collect trash from offices, empty trashcans and disposal into dumpster.
- Maintain and clean janitor’s closets and inventory products.
- Service and inspect restrooms for cleanliness and manage product inventory.
- Identify and communicate potential cleaning and maintenance issues proactively.
- Perform additional assigned maintenance and custodial tasks.
Additional Skills & Abilities:
- Must be able to lift and carry at least 20 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for prolong periods, lift, bend, stoop and use stairs.
- Self-motivated, flexible and able to work as part of a team.
- Organized with the ability to multitask.
- Assist other departments when the need arises.
- Wear proper and clean uniform daily.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager on duty.
