Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Overnight Care Professional to join our team in Hastings, NE. This position is ideal for someone who is committed to providing outstanding care and support to individuals during the overnight hours. The Overnight Care Professional will be responsible for monitoring and attending to the needs of our clients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being throughout the night.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and attend to the overnight needs of clients, including assisting with personal care, medication administration, and mobility.
• Respond to any emergencies or unusual situations efficiently and calmly.
• Maintain accurate records of client care, condition, and progress.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks and preparation of breakfast or early morning snacks as needed.
• Ensure a safe and secure environment for all clients throughout the night.
• Communicate effectively with other team members and participate in handover meetings at the end of the shift.
• Adhere to all facility policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a caregiving role preferred but not required.
• Certification in CPR and first aid is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate, patient, and caring nature.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting and supporting clients.
