Over-the-Road Company Driver (Class A CDL) - Expedite Tigers

CDL-A Company Truck Drivers (3+ Months Experience)

Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 

Position Details:

• Schedule: 12 days on the road followed by 2 full days off (48 hours) every other weekend.
• Routes: Over-the-road (OTR) across all 48 states. Primarily east of I-35, but routes may change based on freight needs.
• Weekly Mileage: Average 2,000–2,200 miles per week, depending on Hours of Service (HOS) and available loads.
• Freight: All no-touch freight for added convenience.
• Drop & Hook: 50-60% drop and hook, with 40-50% requiring live unloading.
• City Restrictions: No mandatory dispatch into NYC or its boroughs.

Equipment & Support:

• Trucks: Late-model 2021+ Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths.
• 24/7 Support

Pay Details:

• 3-5 Months: $0.57 per mile
• 6-11 Months: $0.58 per mile
• 12-23 Months: $0.60 per mile
• 2-9 Years: $0.62 per mile
• 10+ Years: $0.64 per mile

Additional Pay & Bonuses:

• Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after the second hour of wait time.
• Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day.
• Sign-On Bonus: $500 after your first load and another $500 after 30 days.
• Mileage Bonus: Earn an extra 3 cents per mile based on safety, mileage, and productivity. Eligibility starts the month after your hire date

Rider Policy:

• Riders must be at least 10 years old (under 18 must have legal guardian approval).
• CDL holders are not allowed to ride.

Pet Policy:

• Only 1 dog or 1 cat allowed per truck, max 80 lbs.
• Aggressive dog breeds are prohibited.
