You'll be:** - Verifying parts and documents, interpreting job traveler to determine recipe for the cure process - Meeting schedules and time allowances, monitoring oven cures frequently to ensure no discrepancies in software program - Deciphering parts and quantity requiring additional probes, wires, fixtures, or thermocouple placement before oven cure process - Removing probes, wires, fixtures, breakout, and cleaning all parts prior to distributing to the next process **This job might be an outstanding fit if you:** - Have advanced math skills - Are able to comprehend written instructions - Possess analytical and problem-solving skills - Preferably, have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Have a high school diploma or GED (preferred) - Have at least one year of experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred) - Are able to handle objects of up to 50 lbs. - Are able to stand or walk for 8 to 12 or more hours per day (varies based on role, shift and overtime). **Required PPE** (Personal Protective Equipment) provided by the customer. Below are typical PPE used on the production floor: - Ear Plugs or Muffs - Full Face Shield - Gloves (Latex, Rubber, Chemical Resistant, General Duty) - Protective Apron - Respirator - Safety Glasses or Goggles What happens next: Once you apply, you'll proceed to the next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
