MUST HAVES:

• Rep must have their own transportation
• Rep must be capable and willing to get on roofs.
• Rep must be willing to canvass for leads.
• Rep must have a driven and team player attitude.
• Rep must be punctual and customer service focused.
• Must have 3 years of full time work experience. Customer service or Sales experience is not a requirement but a plus. Must be a driven individual that is goal oriented and works well on team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

RoofLab is looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic, positive, and friendly member to join our team as a Roof Consultant in Atlanta, GA or the surrounding areas.

As a Roof Consultant, you will be responsible for inspecting roofs, identifying damages, and generating leads, most days through door-to-door canvassing. You will be the face of our company and ensure customer satisfaction!

We are cultured based company with the two owners being best friends since kindergarten. We have grown tremendously over the last 4 years and now have 9 locations across 5 states. We are IKO Craftsman's Premier, Owens Corning Platinum, Tamko Mastercraft Pro, Brava Preferred Contractor, CertainTeed Shinglemaster, and GAF certified. We have been featured in 2 National news articles for our achievements of service.

Since our beginning, we have experienced tremendous growth. We are currently located in Huntsville, Nashville, Savannah, Atlanta, Birmingham & Melbourne with several other locations underway. We specialize in residential roofing; however, we are equally efficient in commercial roofing. That includes installation, replacement and repair.

REQUIREMENTS

• People skills (People Person)
• Must have at least 1 year experience selling roofs.
• Ability to lift 20 pounds and climb ladders
• Have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Work flexible hours
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional attitude
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Must be able to inspect roofs and project manage jobs
