Outside Sales Representative – H4 Towing at H4 Towing

About the Job
H4 Towing, a family owned parking management company, has a well respected reputation in the DFW area within the towing & multifamily industries.
Monday – Friday schedule (daytime) with typically less outside sales/account visits (more working from home) on Mondays.
The position includes base, commission and an expense/fuel card.
An ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently by creating & managing your own sales pipelines, prioritizing your leads and planning your daily schedule.
Responsibilities
Generate leads via cold walk-in visits at apartment communities as well as private businesses (commercial/retail) not in the multifamily industry (at least 90% of your focus will be apartment properties).
Respond to call-in and referral leads that have contacted H4 Towing.
Follow up on leads (including emails and calls but mostly by in-person visits) to sign towing and parking management service agreements.
Light account management after service agreements are signed, including:
· Oversight of onboarding process from signed agreement to start of service by coordinating efforts with H4 Towing Operations Team and the new customer.
· After start of service, promote customer retention and referrals by maintaining & growing relationships with your current accounts.
· Respond quickly, communicate effectively and follow up consistently while working independently and/or when partnering with the H4 Operations Team to resolve customer issues.
· Maintain H4 Towing’s reputation by dressing and communicating professionally with customers and potential customers.
Qualifications
Preferred candidates will have worked previously in a sales role or a position that required sales skills.
Multifamily experience (for apartment vendor and/or working in property management) is a plus but not required.
Experience within the towing industry is a plus but not required.
Proficient with basic technology (email, Microsoft programs, etc.).
Must have reliable transportation and current driver’s license/auto insurance.
