About the Role

• The Outside Sales Representative will meet with customers in their homes to present selections of flooring and help them find the best product for their needs. Outside Sales Representatives will receive uncapped commissions, bonuses, incentives, and access to great benefits. New employee consultants receive paid training, and top performers can earn well over $100k.

Responsibilities

• Meet one on one with customers in their homes
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions virtually and in-person
• Use electronic tablets and measuring devices in sales presentations
• Achieve a monthly minimum of self-generated sales
• Deliver excellent customer service

Qualifications

• ability to maintain professionalism while presenting Empire Today's flooring products to customers; A Valid driver’s license, the ability to use electronic tablets and measuring devices; Availability for evening & weekend appointments, and professional presentation skills.

Requirments:

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to use electronic tablets and measuring devices in sales presentations
• Present professionally, including in Empire branded apparel
• Business Development skills
• Availability for evening & weekend appointments
• Provide excellent customer service

Preferred Skills

• Experience in sales, customer service, or related field.

Pay range and compensation package

• Uncapped commissions, bonuses, incentives, and access to great benefits. Average earnings of $50k - $70k in the first year, with top performers earning well over $100k.
