Who You Are:An experienced, self-motivated, energetic and conscientious Outside Sales Representative who is adept at identifying, developing, and maintaining business relationships. 5+ years of outside sales experience preferred
What You'll Do:- In-person prospecting, email, social media, and marketing campaigns to end-user manufacturing facilities.
- Work directly with manager to develop sales plan including goals setting.
- Develop and drive a strategic sales route with consistent customer visits
- Use CRM to track calls, appointments, and opportunities.
- Regular outside sales calls on existing customers to maintain customer stock on consumable items, cross sell existing product lines, and develop new lines when applicable.
- Expand relationships inside existing accounts to welders, shop foreman, purchasing agents, and owner-operators.
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales representative or similar role
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in English
- Basic Math skills
- Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Track record of over-achieving sales quota
- Hands-on experience with POS transactions
- Familiarity with inventory procedures
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
- Availability to work flexible shifts
- High school degree; BS degree in Marketing or related field would be a plus
- $60,000 base salary, plus 10% commission on gross sales
