**We're Hiring an Outside Sales Rep in Billings, MT!**

**About the Role:**
In this high-impact role, you'll maximize the financial performance of your territory by expanding the rental and sales of Xylem products and services. Working in a collaborative environment, you'll apply your technical knowledge to develop tailored solutions that solve customer fluid handling challenges. From developing pumping systems to promoting Xylem's market-leading products, you'll leverage your sales expertise to exceed customer expectations and drive territory growth.
**What You'll Do:**
+ **Drive Growth** - Build your sales pipeline, manage accounts, and establish new business with cold calls, leads, and targeted outreach.
+ **Be a Trusted Partner** - Consult with customers to deliver effective solutions, using your expertise to add value and expand Xylem's footprint.
+ **Promote Our Brand** - Work with Marketing to increase brand recognition, boost bid reporting, and lead management.
+ **Own the Sales Process** - From proposals to audits and sales forecasts, you'll manage every step of the sales cycle.
+ **Represent Xylem** - Attend sales meetings, training programs, trade shows, and community events as a public relations asset.
**What You Bring:**
+ Proven sales skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer solutions
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 2+ years in sales (pump or rental industry experience is a plus)
+ Knowledge of consultative and value-based selling techniques
+ Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.com is a plus
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
**A Day in the Life:**
This role is dynamic, combining in-office and on-the-road responsibilities. You'll interact with customers across job sites, shops, and industry events, while also spending significant time on the road. Local travel can be up to 60%, with the flexibility to manage your own schedule and territories.

Salary range:
$62,000.00 - $99,000.00
