Title: Outside Sales Representative

Location: Remote (50% + travel in designated region)

Salary: 70-80K base ; 90-100K OTE

Required Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience an in sales, marketing, or similar (can be internship)
• Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Business Management, or similar
• Valid driver’s license and willing to travel 50-60% of the time
• Exceptional soft skills: motivated, sharp, outgoing, hard-working individuals

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to the manufacturing / construction environment
• Understanding of industrial tools such as compressors, power equipment, handheld tools, mobile diesel, portable generators

Job Description:

We are looking for an Entry-Level Sales Representative for one of our global manufacturing clients. This role will include developing new accounts through cold calling, focusing on smaller businesses in your designated regions. Your goal is to increase market share and sales volume for small/medium portable compressors and handheld tools. This role involves implementing sales strategies, managing customer accounts, and introducing new products, all while upholding Atlas Copco’s core values. Ideal for recent graduates, this position offers the chance to work with innovative and sustainable technologies.

Compensation:

$70,000 to $80,000 per year annual salary.
