Outside Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and executing strategic marketing plans to target specific customer segments and achieve sales goals.
- Support the development and lead the facilitation of engaging sales presentations to local businesses.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance your sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management on sales activities, pipeline, and results.
- Implement sales campaigns aimed at promoting our client's available products and/or services.
Outside Sales Representative Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, hospitality or related fields is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Enthusiasm for sales and a desire to pursue a career in sales and management.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive individual with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

This position involves sales and customer service with initial training provided. Please note this position is an uncapped commission role with the potential for high earnings.
This is a commission-based role with on target earning potential of $26,000 - $31,200 per year.
Each sale commissions average $45-$300.
