We are a leading company in the paper and package goods industry, currently looking for a motivated and dedicated Outside Sales Rep to join our team. In this role, you will be our brand ambassador, tasked with expanding our customer base by creating and implementing effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in outside sales and a strong desire to exceed sales goals.
The key responsibilities of the position include:
- Representing our brand and promoting our products in the field to potential customers.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products.
- Conducting market research to identify new sales opportunities.
- Preparing and delivering presentations that effectively communicate our product values to the customers.
We are looking for someone who has:
- At least 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the paper and package goods industry.
- An ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A self-starting attitude, capable of managing your own time and workload.
