Position Overview: Outside Sales Representative (Hunter)
TCH Industries, a leading hose manufacturing company based in Twinsburg, Ohio, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for a true "Hunter" sales professional, one who thrives on identifying, pursuing, and capturing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, nurturing relationships, and closing deals with potential clients in the industrial, manufacturing, and OEM sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels such as networking, cold-calling, and industry events.
- Research potential customers to understand their needs and position TCH Industries' products as solutions.
- Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with a focus on new business development.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Market & Product Knowledge
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and the latest product offerings.
- Understand the technical aspects of TCH Industries' product lines and convey these effectively to clients.
- Territory Management
- Manage and expand your sales territory by identifying key accounts and opportunities.
- Regularly report on sales activities, progress, and forecasting to management.
- Negotiation & Closing
- Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and delivery timelines with potential clients.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless execution of customer orders.
Qualifications:
- Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in industrial products, manufacturing, or related industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Skills
- Strong prospecting and cold-calling skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Technical Aptitude
- Familiarity with industrial hose, fittings, or fluid transfer products is a plus.
- Ability to learn and understand technical product specifications.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
