UNCAPPED COMMISSION- Target earnings at LEAST $90k+

Territory includes Idaho Falls, ID and Rexburg, ID (store locations & their surrounding areas)

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Equipment Rental industry. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our market presence by building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in retail sales and have experience in direct sales, account management, and lead generation. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
• Conduct market analysis to identify potential leads and opportunities for expansion.
• Perform product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize on achieving sales targets.
• Utilize software tools for tracking leads, managing accounts, and analyzing sales performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Skills

• Cold calling & "hunting" for new business is a MUST
• Proven experience in retail sales or outside sales roles.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
• Excellent account management skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Ability to analyze data for lead generation and market trends.
• Proficient in conducting product demos that effectively communicate value propositions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
