Kobelco Construction Machinery U.S.A Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative (Territory Sales Manager) to join their team. Corporate offices are based in Houston, TX and will be the designated home base for training. After a successful 12-month training program is complete, relocation will be required to the Western region.
If you have a bachelor’s degree, 1+ years of sales experience, and experience in heavy equipment, construction, manufacturing, or related, this is an opportunity you need to explore!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish and build on relationships with our dealer network and key management.
- Assure the dealers maximize their efforts towards the sale and rental of Kobelco products.
- Train dealer sales force in the retailing of Kobelco products.
- Travel with dealer salesperson(s) and perform demonstrations.
- Review Kobelco gathered market information with dealers, analyze and report on their performance.
- Evaluate and report competitive information (products, pricing, programs, etc.)
- Analyze effectiveness of all Kobelco programs and make recommendations to improve and report their effectiveness.
- Guide dealer network in using all Kobelco programs to all market segments.
- Continually review sales progress with dealers and their sales force.
- Perform any other properly assigned task.
