The fastest-growing heavy equipment rental company is looking for an outgoing Outside Sales Executive to drive its sales growth and expand its customer base. The ideal candidate is a sales expert who thrives on achievement and deeply understands equipment rental. Through collaborative efforts, the new team member will spearhead revenue growth by formulating impactful sales strategies that align with the company's mission and core business principles.

Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and target potential customers through jobsite visits, office visits, LinkedIn, and more.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the internal team to develop customized solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records of sales pipeline, forecasts, and client interactions using CRM software.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and service issues.
- Stay updated on industry developments, market conditions, and emerging trends to anticipate customer needs and identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team and company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and/or (2+) years in outside sales
- Equipment rental/sales experience
- Having a growth mentality and a desire for achieving greatness
- Strong work ethics and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse clientele
- Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented with a drive for success
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications or a related field is preferred but not required
