About the Job
- Develop quality leads and prospects in the Multifamily, Condominium, Hotel, Commercial GC’s, Renovation Contractors, and New Home Construction industries, with the intention of bidding on Countertops, Flooring, and Cabinets.
- Negotiating contracts with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction with each transaction.
- Preparing proposals for new business opportunities or contracts with existing clients.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to increase future business opportunities.
- Scheduling appointments with prospective clients to discuss products or services offered by the company.
- Creating client proposals based on product information provided by marketing staff members.
- Keeping track of all communications with clients, such as emails, phone calls, letters, and faxes.
- Reviewing proposals from clients for possible problems or conflicts with company policies.
- Maintaining good relationships with the internal and external operation teams. Helping them be successful with each detail of your projects when needed.
- Identifying potential customers through research and networking activities, then contacting them to set up meetings or presentations.
- Help manage accounts receivable, including sending billing notices, collecting payments from clients.
- Researching market trends to identify opportunities for new products or services that might appeal to specific clients.
- Maintaining a professional personal presence on social media platforms.
- Responsible for maintaining and presenting leads and opportunities to the COO and CEO on a regular basis.
- Help boutique customer selections when necessary.
