This role requires a deep understanding of our products and services and the ability to translate this knowledge into effective sales strategies. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to effectively and efficiently cover the accounts within the assigned territory.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying and securing potential new customers.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the value and benefits of our products.
- Utilize your product knowledge to address customer queries and concerns, providing technical assistance when needed.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by the management.
- Generate leads and prospects through various methods such as cold-calling, networking, or referrals.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management, updating them on your territory and performance.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an Outside Sales Representative in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies and industry best practices.
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships and provide superior customer service.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficient in lead generation and prospecting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to demonstrate and present products effectively.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as needed within the assigned territory.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
