Outside Sales Representative at Precision Resources

Precision Resources, a division of the Trimarc Group Inc., is currently assisting a client with their search for an Outside Sales Representative to join their team.  This is a permanent opportunity with a reputable and stable company that has a regional footprint. Organized travel throughout an assigned territory is required to achieve an agreed upon sales goal.  The assigned territory consists of Orlando, Jacksonville and further North into Georgia. 

This client prefers candidates that have a recent 5-year history of Outside Sales. However, they will consider candidates that have a minimum of 3 years experience. Due to their flexibility related to experience, their base salary will range from $50K to $70K.  A highly successful person will have the ability to earn an additional $100K each year.  There will be a company vehicle provided along with an excellent benefit package. 

There will be a Background Check, Urine Screen (5 panel) and Motor Vehicle Record report conducted prior to starting.  A single misdemeanor and/or a single speeding ticket will not eliminate anyone from consideration.   

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
• Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.
• Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs.
• Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
• Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
• Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
• Provides periodic territory sales forecasts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field OR
• At least five years of related experience required.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
• Must be able to travel.
