Rainier Recruiting is partnering with an established media organization who is seeking 5 motivated and experienced Multimedia Sales Consultants to join its dynamic team. If you have a talent for creating impactful, results-driven print and digital marketing campaigns, this opportunity allows you to apply your skills across a variety of platforms. You'll collaborate with businesses in your territory to develop advertising strategies that leverage a wide range of digital toolssuch as SEO, PPC, video, and social mediaalongside traditional print publications. Compensation: $40,000 base salary plus inherited commission from your territory. Average monthly commissions are $3,000-6,000 monthly.
Location: Hybrid work-from-home and onsite office visits. Candidates must live in or close to the open territories of Federal Way, Renton, Enumclaw, Port Orchard, and Silverdale, Washington

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement customized print and digital marketing strategies using industry-leading platforms.
- Manage a diverse client portfolio, building strong relationships and providing outstanding customer service.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, exploring untapped markets and growing existing partnerships.
- Oversee advertising campaigns, including SEO, pay-per-click, social media marketing, video production, and display advertising.
- Partner with creative teams to ensure the highest quality of campaign execution.
- Stay informed on industry trends and innovations to deliver cutting-edge solutions to clients.
- Analyze data to track campaign performance, optimize strategies, and provide clients with detailed reports.
Preferred Qualifications (desired not required):
- At least 5 years of experience in media sales, with a focus on digital marketing solutions.
- Proven success in meeting sales targets, closing deals, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Advanced knowledge of online advertising platforms, including Google Ads, SEO, social media, and programmatic advertising.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex digital concepts.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid drivers license, clean driving record, and current vehicle insurance.
