Position Overview: We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Fertilization Weed Control Door-to-Door Sales Representatives. As a Sales Rep, you will be responsible for generating new business by promoting and selling our top-tier fertilization, weed control, and pest control services directly to residential customers. This position is commission only so you can earn a fantastic living through our generous commission plan. Sales reps are expected to average 2 sales per day, but have the flexibility to determine their own schedule based on their income goals. Our team is composed of motivated "killers" who are driven to succeed and deliver the best service in the area once a customer signs up.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Conduct door-to-door visits within assigned territories to generate leads and identify potential customers interested in fertilization and weed control services.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the benefits, features, and competitive advantages of our fertilization and weed control services. Effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers and address any concerns or objections they may have.
- Sales Closing: Utilize persuasive selling techniques to secure new customers and close sales. Clearly explain pricing structures, contract terms, and service agreements to customers, ensuring their understanding and agreement.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support. Follow up on sales leads, answer questions, and address any concerns or issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets by consistently generating new sales and maintaining a high level of productivity. Adapt sales strategies and techniques based on performance feedback and market conditions.
- Self-Management: Take ownership of personal sales goals and schedule, working as much or as little as needed to achieve desired income levels. Efficiently manage time, leads, and customer information using provided tools and systems.
- Product and Industry Knowledge: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our fertilization and weed control services, including the benefits, application methods, and environmental considerations. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales data using CRM software or other designated systems. Provide regular reports on sales performance, achievements, and forecasts.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with internal teams, such as customer service and operations, to ensure a smooth transition and exceptional service delivery once a customer signs up. Share insights, success stories, and best practices with the sales team to contribute to overall team success.
Qualifications:
- Sales Experience: Proven experience in door-to-door sales or direct sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
- Persuasive Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers, build rapport, and convey the value of our services effectively.
