As an Outside Sales Representative, your success will be measured by:
- Customer Acquisition: Help 25+ new customers per month within your area through face-to-face interaction and consultative sales.
- Work Ethic: One of the hardest skills to teach, but if you are ready to work hard, your results will speak for themselves.
- Customer Retention: Build long-term relationships with clients, achieving a customer satisfaction rating of 90%+ through excellent service and follow-up.
- Team Engagement: Participate actively in training sessions and contribute positively to Full Circle's high-performance culture.
