Your New Role
As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll be Arctic Air’s driving force in generating new business. This role is tailor-made for someone with a hunter mentality and a relentless determination to meet and exceed targets.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Prospecting and identifying new leads in commercial spaces (10,000–100,000 sq. ft.).
- Making cold calls, scheduling meetings, and delivering persuasive proposals.
- Conducting on-site evaluations, including rooftop unit inspections (yes, ladders are part of the job), and poking around dirty and noisy mechanical rooms.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects for your clients.
- Tracking your progress meticulously to crush aggressive sales targets.

- 3+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in a hunter role.
- Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems (training will be provided).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Physical ability to climb ladders and conduct site inspections.
