Our company is searching for an Outside Sales Representative to join our team and cover the vibrant Dallas, Texas territory. As a key member of our sales force, you'll have the exciting opportunity to engage with the Residential Interior Designer community, fostering relationships and driving business growth in the region.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a dedicated ambassador for our company, actively expanding our Residential business within the Dallas, Texas territory.
Exceed weekly and monthly sales goals, consistently demonstrating your commitment to excellence.
Cultivate and manage relationships with existing clients while proactively seeking out new business opportunities.
Drive sales by creating and closing deals, following up diligently on client and project leads.
Collaborate with our support staff to understand territory needs and maintain a strong grasp on the order pipeline.
Conduct product presentations and provide necessary tools to clients to facilitate their decision-making process.
Maintain a strong presence for our company in client libraries, ensuring our products are readily accessible.
Regularly update call reports and provide detailed insights on territory performance.
Utilize social media channels to generate leads and strengthen client relationships.
Participate in industry events and networking opportunities within the architectural and interior design community.
Represent us at local trade events and potentially regional trade shows.
Requirements:
Reside within the Dallas, Texas area.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales and/or interior design.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Positive attitude with a proactive approach to tasks.
Ability to work effectively from a home office.
Reliable transportation with space for sales materials.
Proficiency in social media platforms.
Strong leadership skills and a collaborative mindset.
Exceptional organizational and analytical abilities.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in MS Office suite.
Willingness to travel outside of the territory for events and trade shows.
Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.
