Outside Sales Representative - Ferretti Search

We are seeking an experienced business development and relationship management professional to join our sales department. Responsibilities:

• Develop new business pipeline through prospecting and client outreach
• Build and manage relationships with Property Managers, Business Owners, Brokers, and others in relevant sectors
• Conduct educational programs (e.g., CE, Lunch and Learns)
• Support sales strategies and collaborate with Sales Consultant for growth
• Attend industry events and join associations to expand network
• Utilize CRM for tracking activities and maintain regular client interactions

 

Qualifications:

• Professional, personable, and strong communicator
• Results-driven, organized, and strategic thinker
• Self-motivated team player with Microsoft Office proficiency
• 3+ years outside sales experience (restoration industry preferred)
• Outgoing, willing to attend evening networking events
