American Bolt Corporation is looking for a Outside Sales Representative for our Waukesha Wisconsin territory to join our team. Our Waukesha territory perimeter is north to Hartford/Hustisford, west to Jefferson, south to Elkhorn, and east through Mukwonago and Waukesha. Are you competitive and hungry to win business? QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; or equivalent combination of required education, training, and experience
- Demonstrated competence in solution selling and business development
- Outside sales experience/territory management required; experience in manufacturing or construction sales is a plus.
WORK SCHEDULE
This full-time outside sales position is expected to be active in customer account locations and available for customer needs. This outside sales position is a remote (home office) position, but the person is expected to live within the Waukesha, WI territory. Travel is expected within the territory.
AS AN OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE, YOU WILL
- Identify and strategically develop new accounts in the Waukesha territory.
- Identify growth in existing accounts within the Waukesha territory.
- Self-generated business as well as working with customer-provided leads to continually develop the territory.
- Some account management work with existing accounts in the territory.
- Establish customer relationships through executive level.
- Identify customer needs through a deep understanding of their business.
- Have strong computer skills, including CRM, to manage sales through defined processes.
- Clearly communicate value proposition, and develop and close opportunities proactively using sales skills.
- Actively manage territory with good time management and continual follow-up.

This outside sales representative position offers a total compensation package of competitive base salary with a quarterly sales bonus opportunity based on profit plan achievement. This position would have the potential to earn $55,000-$95,000 per year depending on experience (base) and performance (bonus). American Bolt also offers a profit sharing bonus opportunity to all employees!
