What makes you guys different from other payment processing companies?
o We don’t target restaurants, we target almost all retail (auto repair shops, etc)
o We only sell credit card processing and offer cash discounting for the processing
o We’re local, customers really want to see a face. All of our business is in VA/DC/MD
o Support is all in America, we have an entire back office in Indiana and Virginia
o Strong partnerships with banks, associations, software companies, etc to help provide leads for our sales reps

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role in the DMV (DC, MD & VA) with flexibility for some remote work. As a Salesperson at our company, you will be responsible for generating new business and cultivating relationships with prospective clients. You will be responsible for identifying client requirements and presenting solutions that meet their needs. The position requires strong communication skills to maintain existing relationships with a focus on delivering "white-glove" service throughout the sales process and beyond.
Expectations:
o They are looking for a true B2B hunter that isn’t afraid to knock on doors!
o For the first 90 days, they will want you to prospect at least 20 businesses per day, 100 per week.
o As you build your book of business up, you will take in the benefits of residual income and your job will turn into more account management
o Focus is SMB/local businesses (auto repair shops, etc)
Qualifications
o Prior experience in sales and a track record of success in generating new business
o Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
o Ability to quickly learn new products and services to present to prospective clients
o Solid understanding of Electronic Payment Processing
o Self-starter with strong organizational and follow-up skills
