Position Summary:
As an Outside Sales Representative, the primary focus will be on developing new business relationships and converting prospects into loyal clients. This role involves 100% sales and account management with a strong emphasis on fieldwork.
Key Responsibilities:
100% sales and account management, including in-person visits to prospects to convert them into customers
Research and identify new prospects, introducing the company and selling its services
Close sales from sales appointments and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain detailed records of all sales activities in the CRM system
Nurture the sales pipeline through consistent follow-up with prospects
Grow existing accounts by conducting quality checks and upselling additional services
Requirements:
Proven success in B2B outside sales
Experience with prospecting and lead generation
Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Bonus Qualifications:
Experience in the industry with established connections and a proven ability to expand business
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary with an uncapped commission structure
Pay range: $40,000 to $81,409 per year
Weekly pay range: $600-800
Benefits: Paid time off, mileage reimbursement, bonus opportunities, and uncapped commission
