You Will
As an Outside Sales Representative with our esteemed organization, you will play a pivotal role in executing established strategies aimed at driving business growth and enhancing customer relations.
Generate new revenue streams by targeting specific zip codes, engaging in proactive outreach, and cultivating relationships with small to mid-size local businesses.
Expand our existing customer base, ensuring enhanced profitability.
Develop and adhere to weekly sales routes to optimize district coverage, conducting face-to-face interactions with a minimum of 50 retailers per week.
Deliver compelling product presentations, showcasing our industry-leading suite of offerings and money transfer services.
Foster stronger Agent relationships by consistently surpassing expectations, conducting regular sales calls, and offering tailored solutions.
Proactively manage prospect data within our CRM system.
Collaborate across departments to identify cross-selling opportunities and maximize our product portfolio's reach and profitability.
Exceed key performance indicators, including sales call activity, wire sales targets, agent activation targets, and gross margin sales targets.
You Have
Fluency in Spanish is essential.
A minimum of 4 years of proven B2B, SMB territory sales experience.
Familiarity with retail networks, supermarkets, and/or the money transfer industry. Experience in related fields such as prepaid card services will be considered based on relevance and network.
Multicultural experience, with a preference for familiarity with Mexico and Guatemala.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Access to your own vehicle and valid car insurance, with the ability to drive 50-90% of the time.
