Due to the growth we are experiencing, we have a need to hire a talented Outside Sales Representative to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Attend on-site, scheduled sales calls, walk job sites, take detailed notes and measure for estimates
- Assess customer's needs, answer any questions about our products and recommend the right solution
- Prepare breakdown of materials and pricing
- Present estimates to clients in a timely manner
- Schedule projects
- Build productive trust relationships with customers and co-workers
- Collaborate with co-workers to ensure prompt customer service
- Work with installation crews to ensure contract fulfillment
- Resolve customer problems, complaints, and any other issues in a positive manner that will retain and promote customer loyalty in accordance with company processes
- Achieve the company's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction with both clients and potential clients through excellent sales, service & follow up with all open quotes, current jobs and lost leads
- Proven ability to exceed sales quotas
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Skills:
- Fence and/or general Construction knowledge
- Self motivated to deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Self-management, goal-oriented personality is a must
- Thorough understanding of sales and customer service requirements
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Strong entrepreneurial drive
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to execute selling and operational techniques in accordance with expectations
- Strong computer, telephone, and multi-tasking skills
- Outstanding verbal and written skills
- Self-motivated and outgoing with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Punctuality and Consistent Attendance required
- Well groomed and maintain continued professional appearance and demeanor
- Experience with Commercial Sales is preferred
- Experience in construction is preferred
- Fence, Gate and Gate Operator Experience preferred
- Valid Driver's License
- Experience:
○ Fence Industry , 2 years (Preferred)
○ Sales experience, 5 years (Preferred)
○ Customer service, 5 years (Preferred)
- Education:
○ Associates (Preferred)
Job Type: Salary with Commission
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Commission
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
