Outside Sales Rep - Johnstone Supply

Are you ready to take on the exciting challenge of being an Outside Sales Representative? If you thrive on the thrill of hunting for new accounts and growing sales with existing accounts, this job is for you.

BECOMING ONE OF OUR OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

This position will earn a bi-weekly base salary of $3,076.02, which calculates to $80,000 per year. In addition, you will be eligible for commission (0.5% of the net sales and 9% of the gross margin). We will guarantee an annual commission of $40,000 for your first year. You will be provided great benefits such as medical and MERP, dental, vision, company-paid life insurance, voluntary life insurance for employees and family members, a 401(k)-plan eligibility after 6 months of employment with company contribution, paid time off (PTO), floating holidays, 6 federal paid holidays, and gym membership reimbursement.

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who meets these requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
  
  • Experience with cold calling strategies and growing existing accounts.
  • Self-motivated and results oriented
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team

Direct sales experience in HVAC/R or a similar industry would be a bonus but not required. If you can meet the requirements and characteristics listed above, we need
