Outside Sales Rep – Signage
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Outside Sales Rep in the Signage industry to become a key member of our expanding team! In this role, you will be tasked with developing and nurturing customer relationships, uncovering new business prospects, and meeting sales goals. Leveraging your expertise in signage solutions, you will effectively convey and showcase the benefits of our products to customers and clients. The Outside Sales Rep will drive business success by efficiently managing assigned territories and conducting on-site visits to customer locations.

Responsibilities for the Outside Sales Rep:
- Ensure delivery of target sales by meeting with customers and maintaining relationships
- Recommend service and product enhancements to improve sales potential
- Analyze plans and trends to ensure best assignment of territories, clients, and service distribution.
- Maintain technical and professional knowledge by reviewing professional publications, participating in industry networks, and growing lasting client relationships
- Establish sales objectives by projecting expected sales volumes and forecasting.
- Remain relevant with economic indicators, changing trends, supply and demand shifts, and product mix.
- Positively contribute to full sales and customer service teams
- Develop and collaborate on long- and short-term sales strategies
Requirements of the Outside Sales Rep:
- Minimum 3-5+ years of Outside Sales or Account Management experience
- Strong knowledge of signage and advertising solutions
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish rapport and build relationships with customers
- Highly motivated and results-oriented
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
