Outside Sales Rep at Sentinel

About the Job
Sentinel Lubricants, a manufacturer of synthetic greases and oils, located in Miami, FL, is seeking an extroverted, full-time outside sales representative with commercial/industrial sales experience to cover territory in Chicago, Illinois. You WILL become one of the most highly compensated salespersons in our industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies and technical training processes in all product sectors that are relevant to each market.
- Build relationships with business owners at all levels of distribution.
- Technically train current customers in all relevant products for their business needs.
- Develop new trade partners through prospect networking to increase market share sales.
- Attend and promote Sentinel’s products at regional/local trade shows and events.
Requirements:
- Must be fluent/bilingual in English and Spanish
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales management. Industrial sales experience is a must, preferably with lubricant products.
- You must submit weekly reports.
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset in developing accounts in a consultative manner.
- Initiative-taking and enthusiastic with an upbeat selling style and energetic attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Clear background check
- Valid and clean driver’s license record
- Ability to use MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
