Midwest Heating & Cooling is seeking experienced sales professionals in the Milwaukee area who are self-starters and money motivated! Successful candidates will thrive in an ever-changing industry and work environment, love taking on new challenges and adapt well to commercial and residential clients. Responsibilities Include:
- Generate sales and represent the company in a professional & ethical manner.
- Prospect & self-generate selling opportunities.
- Embrace & implement evolving sales philosophies, techniques, and strategies.
- Meet with clients in their homes or businesses to design and present solutions for their indoor air comfort needs.
- Endorse and inform clients of products, services, promotions, and payment options available.
- Fulfill all follow-up commitments.
- Generate referrals and reviews.
- Participate in sales & company meetings and training classes.
- Retain & implement knowledge and skills learned from all training provided.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of previous successful sales experience.
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Pass pre-employment drug and background screening.
- Demonstrated superior closing techniques.
- Excellent objection-handling skills.
- Desire and determination to be successful.
- Strong organizational and self-managing skills.
- Capable of using technology to create and sell projects.
