Job Title: Builder Representative (Outside Sales)

Location: Fresno, CA

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Builder Representative to join our outside sales team. In this role, you will be the key liaison between our company and home builders, construction companies, and contractors. Your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our extensive range of household appliances for new home builds and office breakrooms.


Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting for all new business
• Developing new relationships with new builders, investors or construction companies
• Maintaining and growing current relationships
• Partner closely with the Outside Sales support team to ensure all customer needs are met efficiently.
• Manage various behind-the-scenes sales tasks, including answering general inquiries, resolving customer concerns, and providing product recommendations.
• Present job quotes, ensuring accurate pricing and inventory information is provided.
• Utilize our CRM and phone systems effectively to manage customer interactions and sales processes.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of sales experience preferred.
• Must have prior real estate or construction supply sales industry experience 
• Familiarity with plumbing fixtures, lighting, and appliances, or a strong willingness to learn.
• A passion for learning and a drive to succeed.
• Strong collaboration skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships while balancing business goals.
• Proactive in responding to customer needs and making timely decisions.
• Proficient in digital tools, including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
