The Role:
As an Outside Sales Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our mission, connecting with customers and driving growth in a fast-paced, energetic atmosphere. Your main focus will be on building relationships, driving revenue, and helping people achieve their dreams of homeownership. Key Responsibilities:
Be a deal-closer! Engage with customers and guide them through our sales process with enthusiasm and confidence.
Proactively reach out to decision-makers and build strong, lasting connections.
Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales goals, driving net new business and revenue growth.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify new markets and key accounts, setting ambitious goals and strategies.
Utilize our CRM system to streamline productivity, track deal pipelines, and analyze conversion rates.
Work closely with our VP of Sales to set territory strategies and goals, ensuring maximum impact and success.
Keep a finger on the pulse of trends, opportunities, and challenges, reporting back to the team with valuable insights.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Five years of B2B consultative sales experience.
Experience selling SaaS products.
Experience selling into the Enterprise space (Fortune 1000, Healthcare, Technology, Insurance, Financial Services, etc.).
Track record of achieving or overachieving individual sales quotas.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage an end-to-end sales process and drive direct sales.
Fundamental understanding of business and strong business acumen.
