NOW CFO seeks an experienced Outside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Las Vegas. Enjoy the flexibility of REMOTE-HYBRID work! Full-time, with health benefits and 401k! Earn annual base salary in the range of $80k - $100k, PLUS COMMISSION. This is a PERMANENT role (not a contract).
We are a team of talented consultants, delivering accounting solutions for clients in the Las Vegas area. It is preferable (but not required) for Sales applicants to have a background in finance and accounting. Key to success in this role will be knowledge of how accounting and finance serve the needs of business.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Own the sales life cycle, from inception to close.
- Cultivate relationships with key Centers of Influence (COIs) as well as executive business leaders at the C-level and Director-level.
- Develop strategic referral relationships with CPA firms, banks, private equity firms, local businesses, and other essential COIs.
- Source new leads by networking with referral partners and attending events; always mindful of synergistic business connections.
- Conduct sales meetings to discover the needs of prospective clients. Present solution(s) by demonstrating NOW CFO’s service capability. Clearly define our value proposition.
- Meet goals, including an average of 20-25 meetings per week.
- Collaborate with NOW CFO teams locally and nationally to develop proposals, onboard new clients, and identify upsells.
- Use technology to manage business opportunities, contacts, activity, etc.
- Nurture on-going positive relationships with existing client base.
Qualifications:
- SALES expertise, as proven through career success in roles such as “Business Development Representative” or “Sales Account Executive”.
- Business acumen; possess a deep understanding of how a business operates.
- Financial literacy.
- Technology savvy, including software applications, Zoom, CRM, MS Outlook, Teams, Microsoft Dynamics, Excel, etc.
- Resourceful leadership which inspires confidence and builds rapport.
- Experience with negotiations; able to see multiple angles of a deal.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to deliver presentations which engage and educate the listener.
- Organized. Superb time-management.
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- Familiarity with the Las Vegas region, and residence therein.
