We are seeking a locally based passionate and results-driven Outside Sales Executive to expand our footprint across Albany, Troy, Saratoga, and the Capital Region. If you love building relationships with Capital Region businesses, have a proven track record of closing B2B deals, and are experienced selling professional services in the Capital Region we want to hear from you!

We are seeking an enthusiastic B2B Sales Executive to join our team and help us grow our business development in the Albany, Troy, Saratoga, and Capital Region area. The Sales Executive is a key driver of revenue growth and market expansion, responsible for generating new business, cultivating strong relationships with key accounts and playing a pivotal role in shaping the company's future at the leadership level.
Responsibilities... What You'll Do:
- Build relationships: Develop strong connections with local businesses to understand their CFO Advisory and Accounting needs.
- Close Sales: Leverage your sales expertise to close deals that deliver significant value to clients and drive company revenue.
- Attend Industry Events: Network and build brand awareness within the local business community.
- Collaborate with Leadership: Shape sales strategies and contribute to company growth in leadership discussions.
What You'll Get (Compensation and Benefits):
- Base salary of $85,000 plus an uncapped OTE of $150,000.

Qualifications:
- Proven track record in outside B2B sales, preferably in the professional services industry.
- Minimum 3 years of experience successfully selling to CEOs, Presidents, Owners/Founders within the SMB market.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and results oriented.
- Passion for helping businesses succeed.
Remote/Hybrid:
- This is a hybrid semi-autonomous role with most of the work hours spent out and about engaging with prospects and clients.
