We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Outside Sales / Estimator to join our team. This role is the perfect opportunity for someone who thrives in a self-managed environment, enjoys working with a diverse range of clients, and has a strong background in the concrete and steel industry. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in estimating and sales, with a focus on concrete and steel products.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in estimating, concrete sales, or in the steel industry.
2. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas
3. Excellent knowledge of Bidding platforms and software, preferably with Tekla
4. Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
5. Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
6. Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
7. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
8. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
9. BS/BA degree or equivalent is preferred.
10. Ability to travel as needed (locally)
