We are looking for a sales consultant who is capable of managing the execution of the sold project, working with a project supervisor, and directly working with the client throughout the project to ensure exceptional results.

Requirements:
- We use JobNimbus as our CRM. You must be comfortable on the computer and a quick learner with different software systems.
- Excellent communicator who is excited to answer calls or emails outside of convenient hours when it matters for your team and clients.
- Sales experience required; outdoor sales experience is a plus.
- Bilingual is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
What We Offer:
- Base Salary: $65,000 annually
- Uncapped Commission:
- 1% of sales for the first $2M
- 2% of sales on all sales exceeding $2M annually
- Earn commissions monthly upon collection.
- Gross profit margin goal: 38–42%, minimum 32%.
- On Target Earnings (OTE) for Year 1: $85,000+
Based on previous performance, with no cap on potential earnings! - Company Vehicle: Provided after 90 days (During the first 90 days, a company truck will be available during office hours.)
- Healthcare Stipend: $300/month for reimbursement starting at 90 days, with proof of coverage.

Annual Sales Goal: $2M. Surpass it and enjoy even more rewards!
What You'll Do:
- Attend set appointments on time and represent the Magnolia brand professionally.
- Create estimates, close deals, and make project profiles.
- Schedule and oversee your clients' projects to ensure seamless execution.
- Assist operations as needed—be ready and reachable during required hours.
- Collect payments, request reviews, and express gratitude to clients.
- Prospect through door-to-door, cold calling, and other methods to grow your pipeline.
- Approximately 50–75% of leads will be provided during most of the year. The remaining 25–50% will come from reviewing our old book of business, municipalities, bid boards, networking, and self-sourced leads.
