Education and Experience: 2-4 years of Degree and 4 plus years related experience, or equivalent combination.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the steel industry, including market trends, pricing dynamics, and product specifications.
Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably within the steel or related industries.
Customer Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with steel products and their applications, as well as proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and negotiate with clients.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple accounts and tasks efficiently.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions to meet client needs and close sales.
Team Collaboration: Experience working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client requirements.
