We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team and expand our reach by building strong client relationships in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field Prospecting: Travel to meet with builders, contractors, and designers to introduce our kitchen and bath products and services.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong partnerships with industry professionals, understanding their needs and providing solutions that add value to their projects.
- Product Knowledge: Become an expert in our offerings, including cabinets and countertops, to effectively present them to clients.
- Sales Planning: Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to maximize growth and achieve sales targets.
- Client Consultations: Conduct on-site meetings to assess client needs, provide tailored recommendations, and assist with product selections.
- Follow-Through: Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step.
- Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and provide market feedback.
Qualifications:
- 3 years proven experience in outside sales, preferably in kitchen and bath design, home improvement, construction, or related industries.
- Must know 2020 cabinet software
- Strong understanding of the building and remodeling process and the needs of contractors and builders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing time effectively in a field-based role.
- Proficient in CRM tools and sales software.
