About the Job
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Outreach Supervisor to oversee and manage the program pipeline and inquiries, serving as the main point of contact and liaison between the public, internal project teams, local program management, and the client. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), the Outreach Supervisor will be responsible for tracking program progress, reporting on production, updating program documentation, and ensuring effective use of program resources. This role requires leadership and strong problem-solving skills to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals. The Outreach Supervisor will supervise the Outreach staff, develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and perform quality assurance reviews to ensure high standards across all projects.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program meets monthly and annual targets
- Validate that projects meet program requirements and conduct quality assurance reviews
- Update and maintain all program manuals, guidelines, FAQs, and internal/external documents
- Review and analyze pipeline data and reporting
- Track, investigate, and resolve escalated customer and Trade Ally issues
- In-depth understanding of project processing and savings methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure best practices and continuous improvement
- Manage KPIs for the Outreach team and provide constructive feedback
- Provide quality assurance for program projects
- Participate in outreach events and conferences to promote program participation
- Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record
- Responsible for maintenance and fees of the vehicle
- Develop management tools for monitoring project progress and performance
- Present program details for recruitment, training, and communication purposes
- Participate in internal and external training sessions
Required Skills

Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the energy and/or utility industry
- LEED, PMP, or CEM credentials
Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
- Up to 5 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Considered an emerging leader in the industry

Pay Range: $36.05 - $40.86 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
