Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs and goals
- Evaluate patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current with the latest advances in physical therapy
