Outpatient Registration Supervisor - Full Time (80 hours every 2 weeks) - Regional Health Services of Howard County

POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for an Outpatient Registration Supervisor to join our Outpatient Services team! The Outpatient Registration Supervisor is responsible for managing daily hospital patient registration and patient scheduling. They will take responsibility for staff selection, training, development and completing performance evaluations. This position must work collaboratively with all staff and maintain open communication with all departments in support of the patient's experience promoting excellent customer service in a welcoming environment.

* This position is Full Time, 40 hours per week (80 hours every 2 weeks) *

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Knowledge of medical billing and collection practices. At least 1 year Medical Office experience required, including patient types and insurance billing.
2. Knowledge of Excel, email, and financial billing systems required.
