Exciting 100% outpatient Psychiatry position with perks of private practice like set up and to serve as a core faculty in a brand new residency program
We are recruiting due to rapid growth for two full time outpatient adult psychiatrists. The applicants will join our new state-of-the art behavioral health outpatient clinic in North Little Rock, Arkansas. This clinic is affiliated with the new Baptist Health/UAMS Psychiatry residency program that began in July 2022.
The position is to provide outpatient medication management, supervision of upper level psychiatry residents in their outpatient clinics, participation in faculty development opportunities and teaching resident didactics.
We currently have 1 psychiatrist and 3 therapists and hope to quickly grow the clinic to fulfill the needs of Arkansas mental health. The new program allows the opportunity to develop programs such as Spravato clinic, womens mental health clinic, and tele-psychiatry.

Requirements:
All physician positions are for Board Certified or Board Eligible MDs or DOs. This opportunity does qualify for a J-1 visa waiver. All physicians must be able to obtain Arkansas licensure before they begin practicing. All physician applicants must complete a Pre-application form, provide copies of their DEA number, copies of state medical licenses (except for residents) and provide professional references that will allow us to do a background check before they are brought in for an interview.
