Job Details
LPN
What is the ideal background?
- The ideal candidate will have Primary Care and/ or Psych experience as an LPN. We will also consider an LPN coming from the acute care, home health, assisted living, or LTC who is passionate about primary care.
What is the patient population?
- Our patient population is with patients from low socioeconomic backgrounds who experience mental health disorder.
- We deal with many immigrant patients
What is the schedule?
- We are flexible offering either 4 or 5 shifts a week
- We prefer 5 x 8s Monday – Friday
- We are open to 4 days a week
- We are open on the weekend for RNs that prefer that, but not required
