Position Overview:

We are currently seeking two passionate outpatient physical therapists to provide exceptional care to our patients. As part of our team, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality services and contribute to our mission of improving community health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer outpatient physical therapy treatments based on individualized patient plans.
• Work collaboratively with a diverse team to develop and implement comprehensive care strategies.
• Educate patients on therapeutic exercises and lifestyle modifications for optimal recovery and wellness.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapy License (Required)
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment

Work Schedule:

Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with in-person work requirements
