Job Summary: Join our dynamic healthcare team as an Outpatient Physical Therapist. Your role will involve assessing, planning, and implementing personalized physical therapy programs for patients in an outpatient setting. You'll play a crucial role in helping patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or medical conditions, enhancing their mobility, strength, and overall function. Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough initial evaluations to assess patients' physical condition and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop customized treatment plans based on individual goals, limitations, and clinical findings.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and functional training.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans for optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, home exercises, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold ethical standards of practice.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current state license or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification and Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers.
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
• Proficiency in therapeutic interventions and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to professional growth and delivering high-quality care.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Board certification as a Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy (OCS) or Sports Physical Therapy (SCS).
• Prior outpatient rehabilitation experience.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and community outreach.
